TIPS / COMPLAINTS
If you have a complaint or allegation against the MTA, one of its constituent agencies, or any individual or entity that does or is trying to do business with the MTA, tell us about it. You can help us improve our transportation system by reporting:
We thoroughly review and evaluate each complaint. In accordance with statutory requirements, we refer criminal matters for prosecution where appropriate after completing investigations.
When reporting information to the OIG or when completing the complaint form below, please be as specific and provide as much detail as possible. The more information you provide, the more thorough the OIG's ability to perform our duties. Any relevant information or knowledge you acquire after making a report to the OIG should also be reported in a follow-up phone call, fax, or email.
